2009 Wedding cake and Guitar Groom's cake

Wedding cake was Italian Creme Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting.  6", 10" and 14" layered square cakes stacked.  C scrolls and edible sparkles.  Served approx. 160

Groom's cake was a replica of a Jimmy Page Double Neck Guitar that the groom plays.  Guitar base was carved out of a double layer Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, coved in Red Fondant and fondant details painted with silver luster dust.  Strings are made of Silver thread.  Served Approx. 75.  Unfortunately the groom did not get a piece of his own cake, so I was able to make a 1st Anniversary cake that was Carrot Cake that matched the wedding cake.  Not all accent pieces are edible.

6" and 10" rpound layered lemon swirl cake with gumpaste hibiscus flowers, hand painted with edible pearl luster dust.  Serv. Approx 40-45

This cake used a plastic hook and Fondant covered cake for the vivid colors.  Coins are painted with silver edible luster dust.  6" and 10" round layered cake servs approx 40-45
